All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are a standard $40 flat rate.

Domestic Shipping: 3–9 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or weather conditions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct.
If an address is incorrect and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, we may not be able to modify the order if it has already begun processing.
